1. General Provisions

• If unusual betting patterns are detected in connection with earning a bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Each promotion has a specific validity period; once expired, the bonus will be cancelled automatically.

6. VIP Program

The 33det VIP program has three tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.5% cashback per week.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on the user's regular activity and engagement with the platform. 33det reserves the right to determine VIP tier status at its discretion. Wagering requirements may also apply to cashback funds.

7. Fair Play Policy

33det believes in fair play. The following activities are strictly prohibited and, if detected, will result in account closure:

• Playing using bots, automated software, or any artificial means.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to win through collusion with other players or by cheating.
